Refund Policy

This policy sets out the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, products may be returned, and refunds may be issued for purchases made from MonBlari.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, in their original undamaged packaging, with all accessories included.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are initiated to your financial institution within 2–10 business days.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of the order being placed. Before deciding to cancel, please contact us by email so that we can assist you with the process.

If your cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, you will receive a 100% full refund for the order.

After 24 hours from the time of order placement, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

We accept returns of products that meet the conditions set out in this Policy. Customers are entitled to request a return within 60 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To request an exchange or refund, you must provide:

  • A valid order number; and
  • Clear photos of the product and the outer packaging.

The returned product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product has not been installed and has not been used.
  • The product remains in its original packaging and the packaging is intact and not damaged.
  • All accessories are complete (including all complimentary accessories, tools, and any other included components).
  • The product has not been altered in any way (including but not limited to cutting, drilling, refinishing, or similar modifications).
  • The return request is submitted within 60 days from the date you receive the goods.
If any of the above conditions are not fulfilled, MonBlari will not be able to process a refund.

3. Return Requests We Cannot Accept

The following items or situations are not eligible for return or exchange and will be refused:

  • Products returned without our prior explicit approval or without a valid return authorization.
  • Products for which the return or exchange request is made more than 60 days after the date of receipt.
  • Products showing obvious signs of use, installation, damage, cleaning, or re-installation.
  • Customized products and clearance or final-sale items.
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable and any free gifts or promotional items.
  • Parcels sent back using freight-collect / cash-on-delivery services. We do not accept freight-collect return shipments; all return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.

4. Return Costs

For returns arising from reasons attributable to the customer (including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect product ordered, or failure to read product specifications), the handling will be as follows:

  • Refund amount: 100% of the product value (excluding any shipping charges, if applicable).
  • Return shipping cost: Return freight is borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged and shipped using a traceable method.
  • Damaged product packaging box: A 15% handling fee will be charged if the original product packaging box is damaged.
  • Returned to an incorrect address or warehouse: A 25% restocking fee will be charged if the parcel is returned to an address or warehouse other than the one specified by MonBlari.
  • Damage during return transit: If the product is damaged during the return shipment, we will not be able to issue a refund for the damaged product.

5. Undeliverable & Refused Parcels

If delivery fails due to refusal of the parcel, an invalid or incomplete address, no one being available to sign for the delivery, or similar reasons resulting in re-delivery or cancellation of the order, any additional handling fees and shipping costs incurred shall be borne by you.

If you wish to return the goods and receive a refund, you must first receive the goods and then contact us to obtain return instructions. Returns shipped back without prior communication or without following our instructions may be lost, and in such cases we will not be able to process a refund.

6. Refund Process

The refund process generally follows the steps below:

  1. Submit a return request and clearly state the reason for the return.
  2. Provide supporting evidence, including clear photos and, where possible, videos showing the product and its outer packaging.
  3. Internal review: After your return request is submitted, we will review the information within 48 hours and confirm whether the return is approved and how it should be handled.
  4. Return transit: Please allow 7–14 business days for your return shipment to arrive at our designated warehouse. Once received, our team will inspect the product and process it back into stock.
  5. Refund issuance: After the returned goods have been confirmed and accepted, we will initiate the refund process. You can expect to receive the refund from your financial institution within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return frequency limitation: Each customer is entitled to one return within any 60 days period.

7. Product Damage & Claims

7.1 Damage upon Delivery or Severely Damaged Packaging

If you refuse delivery because the outer carton is severely damaged and the product may be damaged, or if the driver does not allow you to open the carton to inspect the goods, please provide the following information and send it by email to: Service@Monblari.co.uk.

  • Photos of the outer carton:
    • A clear photo of the label showing the tracking information;
    • Photos of all sides of the outer packaging;
    • Photos of the inner packaging (such as foam and other protective materials).
  • Photos of the damaged areas of the product.
  • Overall video showing the product and packaging (if possible).
  • Tracking number of the shipment.

7.2 Damage During Installation

MonBlari is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the installation of the product, including but not limited to breakage, cracks, scratches, or other damage caused during installation or re-installation. In such circumstances, we do not provide compensation and will not offer returns or exchanges for damage arising from installation.

We strongly recommend that customers engage suitably qualified professional installers to carry out installation in order to minimize the risk of damage due to improper installation.

What materials are MonBlari bathtubs made from?

MonBlari bathtubs are crafted using premium materials including acrylic, solid surface stone resin, and advanced carbon fiber composites.

Is this suitable for residential or commercial use?

Our products are designed primarily for residential bathrooms, including master baths and guest bathrooms.
Select models may also be suitable for light commercial use—please contact us if you have specific requirements.

How do I clean and maintain the surface?

Routine cleaning with mild soap and a soft cloth is all that’s needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals to keep the surface looking new.

How long does delivery take?

Items in stock at our Germany warehouse typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. For remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take up to 14 business days. To ensure the highest quality and precision, our made-to-order and custom products require a lead time of 20–45 days.

Are taps included with the baths and basins?

Taps should be purchased separately from your bath or basin. This allows you to choose your preferred design and finish.
