Certain remote locations may incur additional freight charges. Any such surcharge is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

We distinguish between in-stock pieces and made-to-order pieces to better align production with your purchase.

In-Stock Items: 1–3 business days
These items are in stock and will be processed, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: 25–35 business days
As these items are not stocked, production will begin once your order is confirmed.

Note : During peak seasons, holidays, or due to logistics constraints, processing time may be slightly extended. We will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.

Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery to the United Kingdom and Germany

  • Standard shipping : 8 – 12 business days
  • Express shipping : 5 – 7 business days
  • For high-value bathtubs, we offer a dedicated one-to-one truck delivery service to ensure safe transportation. Delivery typically takes 17 – 27 business days, depending on the remoteness of the delivery area. For a more accurate timeframe, please contact us at Anneliese@monblari.com.

Duties & taxes

Product prices already include import duties and taxes.

The amount at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number together with a link to the shipping carrier’s website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe after shipment, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking details so that we can assist you promptly.

Before Delivery & On-Site Inspection

For large or heavy items that require liftgate service, the freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule an approximate delivery time. Delivery is made on business days (Monday–Friday) and may be delayed during holidays or weekends.

Important: Please do not sign for the delivery before carefully checking the condition and quantity of the goods. If the shipment is damaged, clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.

By signing the delivery receipt without any damage remarks, you confirm that the products were received in good condition and in the correct quantity as stated on the document. Any damage not recorded on the delivery receipt—whether minor or major—will be deemed to have occurred after delivery, and MonBlari will not be responsible for compensation.

Large & Heavy Items (Liftgate Service)

For items such as bathtubs and other large or heavy products, the carrier will use a liftgate to unload the pallet to ground level.

  • The pallet will be placed at the sidewalk near your front door or at the end of your driveway.
  • Delivery does not include moving the item indoors, upstairs, or to a specific room, garage, or warehouse.
  • Please arrange sufficient assistance on-site to move and position the product.

If you require indoor delivery or additional handling services, please contact us in advance so that we can check feasibility with the carrier and quote the corresponding extra fees.

Our carriers cannot move pallets up steep slopes. For safety reasons, pallet jacks can only be operated on firm, level ground.

Address, Access & Delivery Restrictions

  • Please ensure that vehicles weighing between 1.7 and 7.5 tons can access your property. Inform us in advance of any access restrictions.
  • We are unable to deliver to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.
  • For large or heavy items, the carrier will contact you before delivery. Please make sure your phone number and shipping address are accurate and that someone is available to receive and sign for the goods.
  • Any additional transportation or storage fees arising from unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address information or inability to contact you will be charged to the customer.
  • If you request an address change after the order has been dispatched, the carrier may charge extra service fees, which will be borne by the customer.
