Thank you for choosing Monblari bathroom products. To ensure your products maintain optimal performance under normal usage conditions, we provide a 1-year standard warranty for all products, with an extended 20-year warranty available upon registration of your warranty card. Please read the following warranty terms carefully to ensure you understand all your warranty rights and conditions.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Standard Warranty Period

1-year Warranty: All Monblari products come with a 1-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. The standard warranty covers quality issues such as manufacturing defects, surface cracks, colour variation, and material faults.
1.2 Extended Warranty Period

20-year Extended Warranty: By registering your Warranty Card on the official Monblari website, you will be entitled to a 20-year extended warranty. This extended warranty applies to most products (excluding accessories, which all come with a 1-year warranty). The extended warranty only applies to products purchased after registration and must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
2. Warranty Conditions
Acrylic Soaking Bathtubs

Monblari provides a 10-year limited warranty for all acrylic bathtubs, applicable to the original purchaser within the United Kingdom, for domestic use in individual or single-family households only. The warranty period is effective from the date of purchase, regardless of the installation date. The non-pro-rated guarantee ensures the structural integrity of the bathtub shell and guarantees no cracking, blistering and/or discolouration.
(Non-pro-rated guarantee: This means that if the bathtub develops a fault during the warranty period, consumers are entitled to full repair or replacement, without any reduction in compensation based on the length of usage.)
The following limitations apply:

The waste and overflow fittings supplied with all bathtubs are covered by Monblari's 1-year waste and overflow warranty.
White Solid Surface Bathtubs

Monblari provides a 20-year limited warranty for all white solid surface bathtubs, applicable within the United Kingdom, for the original purchaser using the product in an individual or single-family household. The warranty period takes effect from the date of purchase, irrespective of the installation date. Monblari guarantees that the solid surface bathtub will not peel, crack, blister or fade within 20 years from the date of purchase.
The following limitations apply:

The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions. Products must be installed and used in accordance with the product instruction manual; failure to install or use the product as per the manual will render the warranty void.

The bathtub must be water-tested and installed in accordance with our installation instructions. Monblari shall not be liable for the costs of removing or reinstalling the bathtub, nor for any costs associated with adjacent materials.

All solid surface bathtubs must be left to stand at room temperature for at least 24 hours before hot water is poured into them.

Monblari does not cover leaks caused by improper installation of waste and overflow units.

Imperfections, air bubbles or moulding marks on the base of the bathtub are not considered defects and do not affect the performance or quality of the bathtub. Minor surface variations are inherent characteristics of the product's natural stone material and are not regarded as defects or blemishes.

Surface changes will not affect the structural integrity of the product.

The waste and overflow fittings supplied with all bathtubs are covered by Monblari's 1-year waste and overflow warranty.
Black and Other Non-White Solid Surface Bathtubs

Although the base material of solid surface bathtubs of all colours is the same, special attention should be paid to the fact that products in dark and high-pigment colours will show dust, scratches, clouding, hard water marks, salt deposits, chemical residues and other signs of everyday wear and tear more prominently than light-coloured textured products.

Dark-coloured bathtubs usually require more cleaning and maintenance than light-coloured ones. Over time, with regular use and maintenance, your black bathtub will develop a patina, which will change the surface gloss. Surface scratches and wear marks on black bathtubs will be more noticeable and more difficult to repair.

Monblari provides a 20-year limited structural warranty for all non-white solid surface bathtubs, applicable within the United Kingdom, for the original purchaser for domestic use in individual or single-family households only. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, regardless of the installation date. Monblari guarantees that non-white solid surface bathtubs will not peel, crack or blister within 20 years from the date of purchase.
The following important limitations shall apply:

3-year surface finish warranty. Scratches and other usage marks, wear and tear caused by user operation are not covered by the warranty.

The use of bath salts in black solid surface bathtubs is not recommended, as they may leave visible salt deposits on the black surface. If you still choose to use bath salts, please rinse the bathtub thoroughly with plenty of soapy water immediately after use.

Monblari does not cover leaks caused by improper installation of waste and overflow units.

Bathtubs with Air-Massage or Whirlpool Systems
Warranty for Air-Massage or Whirlpool Bathtub Shells

Monblari provides a 10-year warranty for the shells of its acrylic and solid surface air-massage and whirlpool bathtubs. Our non-pro-rated guarantee ensures the structural integrity of the air-massage and whirlpool bathtub shells and protects against cracking, blistering and/or discolouration.
Warranty for Air and Whirlpool Systems

Monblari guarantees that, under normal conditions of use and maintenance, the air systems and whirlpool systems manufactured by the company are free from craftsmanship and material defects for one year from the date of first purchase by the owner/end user.
Warranty Terms for Air-Massage Blowers

Monblari warrants that this blower is free from material or workmanship defects for one year from the date of first purchase by the owner/end user.
Warranty Terms for Waste and Overflow Fittings

Monblari guarantees that all waste and overflow fittings (whether purchased separately or supplied as part of a bathtub set) are free from craftsmanship and material defects for one year from the date of first purchase by the owner/end user, under normal conditions of use and maintenance.

A water test must be carried out to verify functionality and ensure no leakage before the bathtub unit is finally sealed. Failure to perform this step will invalidate the warranty. If problems are identified after final installation, Monblari shall not be responsible for the costs of removing or reinstalling the bathtub, nor for any costs related to adjacent materials. Correct installation of the drain is the responsibility of the installer. Monblari's warranty does not cover drain leakage issues.
2. Warranty Exclusions

Human-Induced Damage: Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, intentional damage, etc.

Installation Issues: The company shall not be liable for product damage caused by improper installation or failure to meet installation requirements.

Abnormal Use: Damage caused by overloading the product or using it in harsh environments (such as damp, high-temperature, or extreme weather conditions).

Product Modifications: Any modifications made to the product by the user (such as cutting, drilling, painting, etc.) will exclude it from the warranty.

Consumables: Items such as sealant are not covered by the warranty.
3. What the Warranty Covers

If a product fault is identified within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a professional to carry out on-site repairs or send you a replacement product. For more details, please refer to our warranty policy.
2. Extended Warranty Services

If you obtain the 20-year extended warranty through registration, you will still be entitled to the same free repair or replacement services as the 1-year standard warranty during the extended warranty period.

The services under the extended warranty are the same as those under the standard warranty and apply to material defects, structural issues, etc.

Accessories are not eligible for extended warranty services.
4. How to Claim Warranty

2. Required Documentation
Please provide the following information to facilitate the processing of your warranty claim:

Order Number: Provide your purchase order number to help us locate the relevant records.

Photos/Videos: Provide clear photos or videos of the product showing the faulty or damaged part.

Proof of Purchase: Including the date of purchase and a copy of the invoice.
3. Processing Time

Product Inspection: We will conduct an initial review within 48 hours and confirm whether the warranty criteria are met.

Replacement or Repair: Once eligibility is confirmed, we will process the repair or replacement for you within 7 working days.
6. Limitation of Liability

Monblari shall not be liable for any indirect losses or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of income, loss of data) arising from the use of this product.

This warranty policy does not cover damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters including earthquakes, floods, and fires).
