Will it fit through my doorway / hallway?
Most installs go smoothly once doorway clearance and turning space are confirmed. Measure your narrowest doorway and any tight turns. If you’re unsure, text us your ZIP + a quick photo of your entry path and we’ll confirm fit fast.
What drain / rough-in do I need for installation?
A standard freestanding setup typically needs a floor drain aligned to the tub’s drain outlet. Use the sizing diagram to confirm placement and clearance. If your rough-in is non-standard, a plumber can verify the routing quickly before you order.
Do I need a licensed plumber?
For standard installs, it’s usually position → connect → test. If your site needs drain relocation, non-standard routing, or you’re remodeling, a licensed plumber is recommended for best results.
What’s included in the box?
The tub includes the drain and overflow, so you can complete a standard installation without hunting for matching parts. If you want us to confirm compatibility with your existing plumbing, text a photo of your rough-in and drain type.
How is it shipped, and is it protected?
The tub ships in protective packaging designed for large-item transit. Please inspect the outer packaging on delivery and note any visible damage before signing. If anything looks off, take photos immediately and contact us.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
After receiving the product, please immediately take clear photos of the packaging and the product. Then, refer to the Refund Policy, fill in the information according to the guidelines, and we will handle it as soon as possible.
Is the surface easy to clean? Will it stain?
Routine care is simple: mild soap + a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. With normal care, the finish stays clean and bright for everyday use.
Does it keep bath water warm longer?
The material structure is designed to support a comfortable bathing experience, including better heat retention versus basic thin-shell alternatives. Actual results vary by water temperature, room temperature, and fill level.

Contact our teamWhich sink styles and materials are available?
Our U.K. range includes vessel, pedestal, wall-hung and console sinks. Materials include resin, carbon fiber, solid surface and natural marble. Available combinations depend on the products currently listed.
Does the sink have an overflow?
Our bathroom sinks do not have overflow openings. This also applies to sinks supplied with bathroom vanities. Choose a drain assembly compatible with a sink without an overflow.
Is shipping free? Is installation included?
Standard shipping is free to eligible U.S. and Canadian addresses; location exclusions and extra charges may apply. Delivery is to the ground-level exterior entrance or nearest safe accessible point. Indoor moving and installation are excluded. View delivery details.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The bathtub body has limited lifetime coverage for qualifying manufacturing defects under normal indoor residential use, for the original purchaser. Drainage, hardware, and surface finishes have one-year limited coverage. See full warranty terms and costs.
Are faucet and mounting holes already drilled?
Faucet holes and on-site mounting holes are not pre-drilled as standard. The drain opening is already formed at the factory. Factory-prepared holes can be requested before ordering: send us your drawings so we can confirm the arrangement and additional charge. Any on-site drilling should be assessed and carried out by a qualified installer. Damage caused by drilling is not covered; this does not remove coverage for unrelated qualifying defects.
Is the console sink stand included?
Yes. The stainless steel support stand forms part of the console sink and does not need to be purchased separately.al indoor residential use, for the original purchaser. Drainage, hardware, and surface finishes have one-year limited coverage. See full warranty terms and costs.
