What drain / rough-in do I need for installation?

A standard freestanding setup typically needs a floor drain aligned to the tub’s drain outlet. Use the sizing diagram to confirm placement and clearance. If your rough-in is non-standard, a plumber can verify the routing quickly before you order.

Do I need a licensed plumber?

For standard installs, it’s usually position → connect → test. If your site needs drain relocation, non-standard routing, or you’re remodeling, a licensed plumber is recommended for best results.

What’s included in the box?

The tub includes the drain and overflow, so you can complete a standard installation without hunting for matching parts. If you want us to confirm compatibility with your existing plumbing, text a photo of your rough-in and drain type.

How is it shipped, and is it protected?

The tub ships in protective packaging designed for large-item transit. Please inspect the outer packaging on delivery and note any visible damage before signing. If anything looks off, take photos immediately and contact us.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

After receiving the product, please immediately take clear photos of the packaging and the product. Then, refer to the Refund Policy, fill in the information according to the guidelines, and we will handle it as soon as possible.

Is the surface easy to clean? Will it stain?
